The Awards for Photographic Merit were held on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th April 2026 at Caldew School, Dalston in Cumbria.

The APM take place twice yearly, usually in April and November, in various locations around the country and are open to all members of PAGB affiliated camera clubs. Images, which can be prints or PDIs, are assessed by a panel of six judges and successful candidates are awarded Distinctions which allow them to use certain letters after their name. Nine members from the Northern Counties Photographic Federation were successful in obtaining Distinctions at the Dalston Adjudication. These were:
