The Northern Area Projected Image Themed Competition between the Northern Area Clubs was held on Tuesday 25^th March 2025. The host club was Morpeth CC and the judge was Glen Lawson of Gateshead CC.

The scoring was as follows:-

1^st place – Morpeth with 262 points
2^nd place – Amble with 247 points
3^rd place – Blyth with 244 points
4^th place –Cambois with 237 points
5^th place – Wooler with 227 points
6^th place – Alnwick with 223 points
7^th place – Ashington with 214 points

All 7 clubs in the Northern Area entered this competition. As you can see from the results, apart from the runaway winners, the scoring was very close throughout the competition. One image scored 30 points; this was ‘Madonna Lily’ by Rick Young of Blyth PS. Congratulations to Morpeth CC and Rick Young for their wins. The trophy was collected by Peter Downs, the President of Morpeth CC.

This was the last Interclub event of the season and was well attended. Morpeth members put on a good spread afterwards and everyone had a very enjoyable evening.
