Invitation to compete in the NCPF Annual Competitions

On behalf of the Northern Counties Photographic Federation, all of our Federation Clubs (including yours) are warmly invited to enter the forthcoming Annual Competitions. Entry is FREE.

Please read the accompanying Rules and Guidance notes on how to enter the 2025 Championships carefully.

Closing date for EntriesPDI’s and PDI’s for Prints with unique file names to the be submitted to ncpfentries@gmail.com before the closing date of midnight 24 March 2025
 PRINTS – Delivery to Clara Vale NE40 3SY by designated club officer/delegate By 11:00 Saturday 12 April 2025 Then ‘Pick up’ on completion of judging by 17:00 Sunday 13 April 2025 (Please leave e-mail and phone contact details of ‘collector’ with Clara Vale)  

It is the responsibility of club officers to arrange delivery and collection of their print entry.  Successful prints chosen and retained for the Alliance Entry will be returned by arrangement with the Competition Chairman.

We sincerely hope your club takes part in this prestigious competition which provides an opportunity for work to be judged and seen throughout our region and beyond the form of our NCPF Portfolio Presentations plus potential for entry to additional PAGB competition and UK wide Exhibitions.

All level of club members are encouraged to enter, especially genuine beginners who may be entering larger competitions against their peers for the first time.
