The Wear Area Battle took place on 25th November and was hosted by Castleside Camera Club. They were generous hosts and we are all very well fed and watered! The Judge this year was Stephen Fowler.

We were joined by the NCPF Chair, Gerald Chamberlin, who also brought along the Masters of Print winning images 

 The results were : 

1st Place: Consett & District Photographic Society

2nd Place: Stanhope Photographic Society

3rd place: Wear Valley Photography Club

 The winning image was Grey Heron on the Wear by Ian Turner of Wear Valley Photography Club.

 Next year Durham club will be hosting the event. Date and details to follow in the new year.
