On the 2nd of December 2023 the NCPF Western Area held its inter-club battle.

Seven clubs took part in the competition, which was held for the first time at The Victory Hall, Dalston, Carlisle. Over 60 members from the Western Area attended .

The battle started with a talk by Dave Coates from Northallerton CC, followed by his judging of the prints and PDIs, and concluded with an excellent buffet laid on by the host club Dalston PS.

The winning club was Dumfries CC. The best print went to David Moyes of Dumfries CC for ‘Tower of Peace’ . The best PDI was by Keith Snell of Keswick PS for ‘That Look’.
