The 3 Way Digital Inter-club Competition between Blyth, Cramlington and Whitley Bay, was held on Thursday 09th February 2023. This event was hosted by Cramlington Camera Club and the judge was Arjun Nambiar. This is usually a 4 Way Competition but Cambois CC have pulled out of Interclub Competitions for 2022-23.
The scores were as follows:
Joint 1st place – Blyth – 264 points
Joint 1st place – Whitley Bay – 264 points
3rd place – Cramlington – 247 points
One image gained the highest score of 30 points. This was ‘The Hare’ by Alan Wennington of Blyth Photographic Society:
As this was a joint win by Blyth and Whitley Bay it was agreed that Whitley Bay would take the trophy for the first 6 months. Attendance was good and an enjoyable evening was had by the three clubs that took part.
